Frequently Asked Questions
What counts toward my allowance?
Each recorded pageview and custom event counts as one data point. For example, 80,000 pageviews plus 20,000 custom events uses a 100,000 monthly allowance. Usage is shared across your websites; your dashboard still reports pageviews and events separately. Free includes pageviews only.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free needs no payment details and has no expiry date. Starter and Pro require payment at checkout, and their features become available when your subscription is active.
What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?
Usage is pooled across all websites per UTC calendar month. We email warnings at 80% and 100%. Paid tracking continues with no automatic overage charges. Free collection pauses at the limit until next month or an upgrade. Free keeps only the latest 30 days; older history cannot be restored by upgrading.
Can I switch plans later?
Manage your paid subscription in account settings. The billing portal shows available changes, timing and charges before confirmation. Once a subscription ends, you can choose Free if you have no more than one website.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Monthly plans renew each month until canceled. Yearly plans are billed annually and save you roughly 17%.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
